Adjusting to life in the U.S. can be exciting — and a little surprising! In this 45-minute session, we help you get ready for the cultural differences you might encounter, from classroom etiquette and making small talk to navigating friendships, campus clubs, and American humor. We’ll talk about everyday things that can feel unfamiliar, like tipping at restaurants, casual dress codes, and how to approach professors. We also share tips on how to stay open-minded, avoid common culture shocks, and make the most of your experience both inside and outside the classroom. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to embrace your new environment with curiosity and a sense of adventure. Once you book your appointment, we will reach out via email to set up the call on whichever platform you prefer: Zoom, Facetime, Whatsapp, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, phone call, etc. - you name it, we will make it happen!
