Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
2. No-Shows

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may be denied or incur a rebooking fee.
4. Technical Issues

If technical problems (e.g., internet failure, video platform outage) occur on our end, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost.

If the technical issue is on the client's side, we may consider a reschedule at our discretion but do not guarantee a refund.
5. Dissatisfaction with Service

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a session, please contact us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will review your concern and determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate.
6. Package Refunds

Refunds for packages (e.g., Basic, Premium, Elite) are available only for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase. Used or partially used packages are not refundable.
7. How to Request a Refund
